If you are interested in a particular wood please let us know and we will check on its availability.
Are your doors pre-finished?
While most new construction jobs go out unfinished so the painters can control the final color coordination, we do offer pre-finishing at an additional cost. This is especially useful for remodels and door replacement jobs.
Do you build interior doors?
Yes. We frequently build interior door units for special rooms such as studies, wine rooms, etc. If you are looking for more budget minded interior wood doors we do offer a line of superior manufactured doors that are made here in the United States and are very reasonably priced. Call for details.
What is your lead time?

At the moment we do not have a showroom.
Do you deliver and/or install?
Yes and no! If you are within our local area we would be happy to deliver and/or install your unit for an additional charge in lieu of shipping. If you are not in our local area but are in the great state of Texas we may be able to accommodate your delivery and/or installation. We will discuss this during the quoting phase.
What is your payment policy?
50% deposit at time of order. Remaining 50% due upon completion.
Can you store the finished door until the site is ready?
We commonly store finished doors if the jobsite is not ready to accept the delivery or installation. Give us about a week’s notice and we will schedule the delivery, shipment, or installation. We do ask that the balance of the invoice be paid at the time of completion, not the eventual delivery date. We can send photos of the completed work upon request.
Can I trust the Grand Door Company?
With over 25 years of serving our local communities, it’s natural to ask, “How do I know the Grand Door Company is legitimate?” We encourage you to search for the Bryan/College Station Homebuilders Association, give them a call, and ask for the contact information of the local chapter president or a past president. Chances are, we’ve been working with that builder for at least the past five years.
Anyone can hand you a list of references, but only a truly customer-focused company can earn and maintain the trust of local professional builders year after year.
